If you are an employee and have been terminated by your employer, there are certain rights and entitlements available to you.  It is important to review your entitlements and rights with a lawyer. An employer in Ontario should also be aware of the manner of termination of the employee, and that the Human Rights Code of Ontario and the Employment Standards Act, are statutes which must be followed.
